People that have HIV in Djibouti

Most of these women have little education and do not know how to protect themselves against HIV. Almost five percent of all women between 15 and 49 years of age in Djibouti are infected with HIV. A lot of the women who have the virus don't really now they have it and they spread it on.But its just like every country, they don't get checked out for the virus. For men it is 15-30.Which is sad for both sexes.

"Most of these women"? Most of which women? Let us know the original number or statistic before telling us that a majority of its has little education. Also, try to stay away from commentary like "That's sad" or "That's just like every country". Try to be sure to tell what those numbers you quoted mean for the entire population of Djibouti. Their AIDS rate is actually pretty low, but they do have other health issues. Talk about those such as:
(1) Are there lots of available hospitals?
(2)Can people afford healthcare or education?
(3)Are young people at risk for these diseases?
(4)What is the AIDS rate in the nation?
(5) What solutions can the country come up with the deal with the health crises?
Also, change your title to something more grammatically correct and catchier.
